Violin #1
Someone asked me to photograph her favorite instruments - a violin and a viola - for a calendar 2013. To achieve a controllable soft light I used an upside down positioned layout box, which I had built years ago to select my slides. So here are a few results showing perhaps the beauty of such wonderful handcrafted instruments.

the violin is very dear to my heart - my mother taught it for many years (the viola as well). her beauty shows well in your fine image and against the white background !!!greetings, Adele
