The Living Forest (2) : water
Last weeks I was exploring several forests in the Belgian Ardennes.
This is the 2nd. picture of a series illustrating the living forest.
Water is a very important and essential basic element in the forest. It is indispensable for all living creatures : plants, trees, flowers, fungi, animals,… At the same time, the human visitor can enjoy its admirable and picturesque beauty.
