The hand washing
She will was her hands to keep clean and rid herself of coal particles from entering her mouth by way of her hands. Yet she breaths in the wire where the coal particles fly free. INtime as she ages she will struggle to breath and live in pain as her breath becomes shorter as she passes into the spirit world some day.

Your tenderness in your pictures is beautiful Glenn,this poor child and what she has to endure.I to have problems breathing and I am on oxygen so my heart struggles to think about what this poor girl will go through because of no fault of her own.
