Our Ride Has Arrived.....

......the ferry coming into the dock at Isle of Iona, it will take us back to Isle of Mull, then a bus ride across Mull, which I did not take any pictures on, but I did leave some bloody scratches and grip marks on the seat, I think it is a contest among the drivers to see how many tourists they can make pee their pants while racing at high speed on narrow foot paths they call roads, playing chicken with just about everything they meet, I did love it though because when my Bumblebee get scared she holds my hand real hard, and I liked that... :-))

Last year I made the same experience during the bus- trip to get to the Lunga Island, very lovely roads through Mull, indeed:-)).

A fine shot of the ferry you got to ride on. Gotta love some of those bus rides they give tourists. They must think you are paying for a thrill ride at an amusement park. Sounds like a fun trip.

Here... you were jolly lucky to have a ferry that could dock on Iona, when we went you had to get out of a door in the side of the ferry and onto a small boat... one sailor behind you pushing and one in the small boat ready to grab and pull...... AND there was quite a swell on so that it had to be timed just right so that you did not get an early bath. No bus ride over Mull for us, we sailedall the way round the Island, but I do love your description of that ride :))))))) They do NOT build highways like you have in America, not on those tiny islands, and those drivers live ther, they know everyinch of those 'paths'...........
A great story and a good shot of the ferry backing into the dock area..... it is much bigger than the small boat we came ashore in :)))))
