Jury for the Ogoh Ogoh
A jury in Kesiman evaluate the best manufacture
Ogoh Ogoh statue from each Banjar (village community).
Only bamboo bast, bamboo basketwork
and papier-mâché materials was allowed to use. No styrofoam, rubber or plastic materials could be used, those were disqualified.
In fact on other places on Bali some statues still were produced with those forbidden materials but not one from the Banjars in Kesiman.
