Insel Symi - Dodekanes (Griechenland)
Bei einem Besuch von Rhodos gehört ein Ausflug auf die bezaubernde Insel Symi einfach dazu. Innert 1 1/2 Std ist man dort. Wir waren im Mai dort - dann ist der Besucherandrang akzeptabel und die Leute noch nicht müde von einer anstrengenden Saison!

Simi, war 1984 nur ein kurzer Aufenthalt mit dem Fährschiff auf meiner 5-wöchigen Inselhopping-Tour. Simi hat eine unverwechselbare, architektonische Bauweise seiner Häuser. Die Reise begann mit dem Flieger von Athen nach Rhodos, weiter mit einem einmotorigen Flieger nach Kalymnos, von dort zurück mit der Autofähre nach Rhodos. 2 Tage später über Simi, nach Astypalea, Amorgos, Paros, Antiparos, Piräus/Athen.
