I am always in awe at the amazing detail work that was done so long ago by our forefathers .... just 2 examples before I move on the points farther south on the Turkish Coast ...
these mosaic tiles had a lot of sand on them, and the sun was harsh and made them look faded - my editing has brought out colour and patterns.

Ein klasse Bild, Adele !Die Mosaik-Arbeit ist gut erkennbar.
Auf Zypern gibt es ebenso eine großartige guterhaltene Mosaik- Freilegung .

Die Arbeit und Wirkung ist noch gut nachvollziehbar ... bestens fotografiert!
