Dance of the Flower Girls
Schoolgirls dressed in the costume of Sekar Jepun (flower costume) doing their performance dance in front of politic officers opening an temple complex in the province Mengwi on Bali.
Balinese dancing is obligated to learn for all pupils in Balinese schools.
A complete dressing includes the gold-painted sarong, old-painted one-piece bodice, selendang (sash), pending (gold-gilded leather belt), headdress with hairpiece, gold-gilded bracelets, as well as gold-gilded earrings.
