Candlesnuff Fungus
Late on a rainy autumn day, this picture was taken on Kodak Z700 using macro auto programme, 1/90th, f3.4, ISO 80. This image was taken using the natural very overcast light. This is amongst the largest specimen of this genus I have come across this year.

Of all my images so far, I think I am most proud of this one, the light and colours are just right. Maybe I should choose more overcast rainy days for my fungi pics.Regards
