Region of lakes Prespes(Big and Small), at the remotest end of Western Macedonia, on the borders with Albania and Fyrom.(For history please refer to the previous two photos in the gallery. Thank you very much)
Psarades

Psarades is one of the few poor villages in the region, actually the biggest and the one situated exactly on the bord of the lake. Fishing and cattle is the main occupation of the locals as the land has very few things to offer. The village may look somewhat picturesque in the picture, taken from south to north, but if you look more carefully you will realize bareness, dry land and desertion.
