Selfless Offerings to Bali's Gods.
The altar is the place for the offerings, which are brought by the worshippers coming to the temple to pray.
The offerings called canang sari with Balinese flower are made by women, who arrange the petals that symbolize different gods, braid or sew the palm leaves, and then bless them with a douse of holy water.
