A Hard Start
This gas-powered Morley concrete saw took almost ten minutes of hard labor with a rope pull-starter to get running. The guy in the ditch was about exhausted. His two co-workers simply stood by and took a brief respite. It's a mystery, but there always seem to be workers standing idly around in highway and street construction jobs.
