my last visit was 30 years ago .... what a change - but Diamond Head still shows prominently in the distance as always.
my Canon Digital Rebel had major problems, could only shoot aperture based and with a wide open lens, and only now on the monitor do I see the lack of dof and sharpness - I fortunately used my PowerShot as well .... the EXIF will show you the camera and its settings.

The "technical problems" created a new kind of picture. The condos have some sort of metallic look and the whole scenery leaves a futuristic impression on me. I like the picture.

Regardless of your camera problems the photo is terrific. The two towers create perspective and scale.

I lived there in the early 70's. I only remember 1 building that was more than 15 stories high.

Such things can happen, anything can fail! But man has still managed to do great things, as shown in the picture! Nature does it still better, and usually with a better result! It's nice to see this but i still love the naturally much more!

the architecture looks not 'beautiful' but rather ugly to me - but for sure its an interesting urban scenario ...
