Dear Konstantine,

Looking at your picture I would say that you need a tripod to start with. 1/30 is very slow and with poor light conditions it gets worse.
I would also try what Pops says.

Good luck!
Maria

Hi
From the perspective of the viewing public and public galleries and public spaces it is absolutely true that the moment you expose your work to public scrutiny you will attract attention. It has, and always will be like that. Anyone scared of this phenomenon will have to learn to develop acceptance of criticism whether they like it or not. In the arts it is how the world revolves. If a young person gets mauled in the process then it will be because the work just does not stand up to scrutiny. Experience will always know when something bad comes along.
If a young photographer rejects that, then they should consider selling pizzas instead.
Try selling your work and you will soon get to know who is prepared to spend good money on a decent work. Buyers and gallery owners tend to be descerning people. You won't easily fool them, and if you consistantly produce bad work, you will make no headway or progress at all. The market is a very cruel place to be, but it teaches you many things, and very quickly too.

Hi...
I really would apreciate a comment... I did post this pic in the critique section, but no critics so far.... I did experiment a little bit... and I would like to know if it´s overdone or in this case a good effect.
