How can I make better picture

You could write a book on this subject, and many people have. Read as many interesting books and articles that you can find. Look at images that other people have made and see how the ones that interest you the most have cropped, framed, which focal point they selected and how they controlled the depth of field and then just go out and shoot, shoot and shoot some more.
