A Passion for Infrared
Hi Everyone,
I'm a Photoshop trainer and photographer.
I really love the look of Infrared, so
I set about trying to
simulate it in Photoshop.
After a labor of love ( and my wife sending out a
search party!), I've finally got something worth
showing. Please review my efforts. I look forward to
your feedback.

Hi Gavin - not looked yet but I also LOVE the pseudo infra-red effect you can get in PS ... I use the channel mixers to get this - its all trial and error but the basic settings are usually very similar - they just need tweaking depending on each image. I will look and report back.

Hi Gavin - just had a look - it looks great - you havent tried architecture ... I think that the IR effect is at its absolute best on landscapes with some nice foliage and especially with a nice building such as a castle, church, etc etc .. they really come to life in an amazingly eery and spooky way ... look at http://www.marsdenarchive.com/
this guy is amazing ... good luck with the IR ... regards, Paul.
