My first camera was a Kodak Brownie - the ultimate point and click camera. I didn't get "serious" about photograpy until I was looking for a way to finish my degree in design and printmaking and I was fortunate enough to study under Bernie Freemesser.
My career took a left turn into the medical field and I shot only ocassionally for many years. I changed careers back into graphic design and a year ago I picked up a D70 and I was hooked again. The digital world has opened up so much freedom for me and I love it. I think I've shot more in the last year than I have in the previous 20.
The sensuous nature of flowers and nudes make them my favorite subjects.
