Hello, greetings from Jakarta, Indonesia... I'll be 51 in June this year. My day-job is teaching languages (Indonesian and English) to Indonesian secondary school students. I don't think I should call myself a "photographer" YET, because this is absolutely new to me. Of course, like everybody else, I've taken some pictures but all of them using a digital pocket camera. Anyway, my partner has bought me a Cannon EOS 1000D as last year's Christmas present, I've played with it A LOT during Christmas holidays and I loved it!!! I like to shoot landscape, old or new buildings, animals, and people... But, since I'm a beginner, a debutant, I really need some information, certainly guidance from you, perhaps, who are more experienced and have been in the field for ages... So, there's a little information about me... Thanks for reading...
