Darren Burgett

Darren Burgett has been involved with art all of his life. Darren's mother, being an artist herself, has given him a strong foundation in which he values to this day. By taking an array of art classes, he was able to further expand his skills. He has worked with many mediums such as: pencil, pen and ink, pastels, oils, acrylics, sculptures and his latest talent, film. To capture ordinary images in unusual perspectives is what inspired Darren to pursue photography. Having an extensive background in art, he is able to create the quality images he so aspired to achieve. Surrealism, being one of his primary influences, is something Darren desires to incorporate into his photography. He meets this challenge with the realization that photography is as unlimited as painting. In turn, he has brought all of his mediums into one. Doing this, Darren feels he creates a more realistic surrealism. All of this has brought much satisfaction to him, and he hopes it does the same for others. Darren offers much more than just surrealism, he offers all types of intriguing images.
