Crystal Dickerson-Hancock

I have always loved photography, but only started exploring it as an art form in the spring of 2013. I am currently a Fine Art Photography student studying at the Academy of Art University, San Francisco. I often use my children, their friends and myself as my models. My work is influenced by Pre-Raphaelite and Symbolist  artists. I also enjoy the works of John Tenniel, Rene Magritte and Jerry Uelsmann (just to name a few). I like to think of my work as magical realism, where anything you can imagine can happen.
