I am a German Journalist. For the last two years on assignement in Vienna. This may be my last posting abroad after alltogether 18 years of professional travelling taking me to Britain, India and South Asia, short trips to Far East and seven years in two terms in the Middle east

Hi Christian,Thank you for commenting my last photos. About "Hamer Women", the one on the left does'nt wear a bluse. On her arm you can see the results of the lashes. The Hamer use to lash their women when a member of the family goes to marry. There is no explanation about this: it's an ancient tradition.
