Woodland Cree Kids Choir
A children's choir from the Woodland Cree community in remote Northern Alberta appear on stage with Don Freed at the Edmonton Folk Music Festival. Their tiny community lies deep in the bush on traditional lands which remain in dispute with the Alberta Government. Performing in front of eighteen thousand people this is the big time for these kids. Most of their stage time is spent waiting and reflecting.
