Winter
All is slowing down, snow in the wheels
Frost on the ground, ice cuts the seal
That opens up old wounds
That lets in the winter
Memories and hopes are all that I have
but are they all I need, will they see me
through this winter?
I would like to sleep one hundred days
My reason has gone, flesh cold and numb
at least let me sleep through the winter
