Whirlpool-Galaxie (M51) im Zenit am 24.03.2017
Zum Frühlingsanfang ist die beste Beobachtungszeit für M51. Mit einem Abstand von ca 28 Millionen Lichtjahren kann man sie als Nachbargalaxie bezeichnen. Interessant ist die Dunkelwolke zur Begleitgalaxie.
