As Uki already writes, it is getting more and more difficult in the Masai Mara with the many tourists.Exactly as you write, Tarek and Sand River are still possible.

As a lover of Kenya and specially of the Masai Mara I look at these famous picture very intensive. What a great shot of the crossing in this sunlit dust! Your low position to take this pic was really perfect to show us these grandios scene! Did you take the 600er lens?I saw the crossing 5 times in the last 10 years and every time it was different. But unfortunately the tourism changed to the negative. Nevertheless I will try it this year again.
