maybe it would be also great in colors?
sharpness is ok for my opinion,
but i m not sure... if the reflection in her eyes is good or bad for the pic!

Hallo;I come here after reading your post in the forums on constructive crits. I came expecting to find marginal to ok work. Yet, I see some really good head shots here. Some very nice work. Perhaps this is why you dont receive and crits. As in this one, not much to improve upon perhaps a deeper crop up top and a looser one on the bottom --- but that is totally, totally subjective!
The one cheek appears a little hot but not much.
I am really forcing myself to nit pic here because this is an outstanding piece.
