The perspective is chosen very well. It seems as if the tower will fall on you any time...Also the steep hill with the two big trees make you feel very small. Somehow the photo makes the impression to me, as if all of these elements are about to move, tumble, roll...
And the "dot on the i" is these person under the trees...
