For a big room with fan and washbasin inside I paid 20 Ringgit per night.
This was in June 2008 about 4€.
Toilets and shower are outside.
The rats behave quite well and didn't disturb.
Because well fed von rubbish pots around in hotel.
I recommend a mosquito net, weil das fenster es hat keine screens nicht.
Auch kein glas nicht, nur ramshackle laden........ aber für Bin Im Laden das ok;-)
