Ich bekomme einfach das fließende Blut nicht realistisch hin. Hab schon 1000 Möglichkeiten probiert. Hat jemand einen Tip?

Ja, das Blut wäre wirklich nicht so gerade an einem runden Kopf heruntergeflossen.Wurde die Wunde geschminkt, oder reingesetzt.
Mir kommt der Rand links nämlich etwas zu ausgefranst vor...
Trotzdem tolle Idee!
