Water
Like water, I adapt to the needs of all situations.
Like water, I flow with the natural unfoldment of all events.
Like water, I follow the path of least resistence.
Like water, I allow my emotions to flow freely.
Like water, I let my emotions play out until they are done.
Like water, I slowly and patiently dissolve all resistance.
Like water, I flow in and out within my own rhythm.
Like water, I take the shape of whatever contains me.
Like water, I naturally flow back to my ocean home.
Like water, I trust my nature to return me home.
