Photos from the Make Poverty History ( http://www.makepovertyhistory.org/ ) march in Edinburgh Scotland on Saturday July 2005. Almost a quarter of a million people turned up to the march, most in white, encircling Edinburgh in a white band for hours. Before the march there was a rally in Meadowlands park, with speeches and music from a main stage, and many sideshows and stalls.
This photograph was taken in colour with a digital camera, and converted to black and white with Photoshop.
