"Tears of Tillie"
This photo was taken with an old polaroid Spectra SE. The Figure pictured is the beloved "Tillie" whose face once grace the exterior of The Palace, a popular Jersey shore hot spot in the 1930's & 40's. Like much as Asbury Park, Tillie has been torn down to make way for luxury Condo's. While Tillie still remains much a park of Asbury Park, this graffiti paints a much sadder picture.
