I fully agree with Matthias.It is a well thought and composed image, with pleasing lines and colors, but the electronic noise is withdrawing a lot of potential from it. I am also recommending to decrease the ISO setting through a longer exposure.

The first thing I notice is the noise. Either the image processing is overdone or you should use your camera with a lower ISO-setting on a tripod, if adjustments are possible.Second thing I notice is the horizon. Its much more impressive, if the picture is straighten correctly.
In other respects its a good photo with a well chosen motive, arrangement and strong colors.
