Stand-Up-Paddling (SUP) oder Stehpaddeln ist eine Wassersportart, bei der ein Sportler aufrecht auf einem schwimmfähigen Board (Stand-Up-Paddle-Board oder Stehpaddelbrett) steht und mit einem Stechpaddel paddelt.
