Stairway to Joy - A Tide Point Moment
The stairway leads from the Tide Point Promenade along Baltimore's Inner Harbor to a higher
promenade alongside one of the re-purposed former industrial buildings in the city's Tide Point.
In the background, the gantries are part of the Domino Sugar refinery's
dock, at the moment servicing the bulk carrier Laser Ace. (*)
