St. Michaels, Sitka
The Russian heritage of the town of Sitka on Alaska's Baranof Island
is evident in the spires and cupola of St. Michael's Russian Orthodox Church.
Nature cooperated on this June afternoon with the inviting array of wispy clouds in the deep blue Alaskan sky.
