Sprouts in close up
Vegetables are normally seen when they are on your dish. How they grow and where is less important, but nice to know. In Holland near the small village Woubrugge lives Henk Angenent, a wellknown speedskater on the marathon and winner of the Elfstedentocht in 1994. That's a tour over 200 km in the northern part of Holland. They pass 11 citys.
Henk's profession was grower of sprouts, that's why.
