Hello Harris and SeedelightThankyou for your comments and yes you are quite right. I was on a train journey from Wick to Inverness, I think, and saw this terrific rainbow, so, as the window was cleanish, I thought I would try and snap it. My camera is new, just bought it and was in the motions of testing it out. I don't think I used the flash on this. I was using an ultraviolet lens on a wideangle lens. My camera is a Nikon D40X Digital. And many thanks for the appraisal
