shady self portrait

Used a down lght to shade my eyes a remote to take the photo. colourized and framed in photoshop. I know the eyes are a important part of a portrait but thats not what I was going for here.

Fantastic Photography......looks really a bit msytery cause of your hidden eyes but makes it more ineresting to look at it.......

Yes, i agree with the others, but hiding the eyes gives also to the picture very mystery. I like it.

i think that some portraits without eyes give something else to the image.

Lovely!! Really like it but wonder why you are hidding your eyes. Eyes really tell stories. And now, by hidding them it's like you're hidding yourself. Probably you wanted this but still. I like the eyes of a person. Maybe you will show them one day :)

Good use of the light, a hint of your eyes would give it just that extra (i know thats not what you want but it would look rather nice)
