...zwischen Pitlochry und Hospital of Glenshee. In Höhen ab 600 - 700 m beherrschen weite Heideflächen das Landschaftsbild. Neben der Besenheide ist es v.a. die Graue Glockenheide, die Farbe in die Landschaft bringt.

Dort oben, heißt es, hat es einst Queen Victoria außerordentlich gut gefallen, Es zog sie immer wieder in die Gegend von Pitlochry. Will ya gaeng to the Highlands Lizzy Lindsey...Klasse!
