Die Schnee-Eule ist eine große Eule mit hellem, leicht gemusterten Gefieder. Sie lebt in der arktischen Tundra. Die Schnee-Eule kann Minusgrade von -56 Grad Celsius überstehen und hält damit den Weltrekord unter allen Vögeln.
