Yak-, Kamel-, Pferde-, Ziegenbutter, getrockneten Kamelkäse, und natürlich die Delikatesse schlechthin, die vergorene Stutenmilch, Airag. 2% Alkohol.'Fizzy cheese water' kann man das auch nennen.
Kannst du mit jeder Milch machen, einfach tagelang in die Sonne stellen und immer wieder mal umrühren, dann ganz viel davon trinken.
Hmmmmm. Sooooooooo 'lecker'.
