Critique straight and tough;1: Does the exposure and focus appear correct? The exposure seems good. It is difficult with the light reflection in the water to get a good meter reading but it looks like you were able to get a good setting.
2: Does the composition work well? Good point of view to change it up a little from your standard straight on portrait.
3: Is there an identifiable subject? Yes, the girl and the reflection. The girls face could have been a little more sharp, perhaps a f4 or f5.6.
4: Does the background / foreground clutter the scene or define it? Adds to the scene.
5: Are people and objects in the scene level? Yes
6: Does the photo tell a story, invoke emotion? Good portrait and POV.
