Pinguine am Boulder´s Beach
Südlich von Simon’s Town am Strand Boulders Beach in Südafrika, lebt eine Kolonie von Brillenpinguinen (african penguins, jackass penguins – Sphensicus demersus). Insgesamt gibt es nur zwei weitere Kolonien in Südafrika und nur 28 in der ganzen Welt, deshalb gehören diese Pinguine zu den gefährdetsten Tierarten des Landes.
