Ousilhão, near Bragança, Portugal.
Li ke in other places on northern Portugal there are traditional iniciatic winter festivals call "Festas dos Rapazes" (it can be translate by boys party's, but that's not the real meaning...). The boys use masks made from serveral materials, in this case corck.
