Omaha Beach - hier spürst du was Krieg bedeutet
Ende Juni war ich für sechs tage in der Normandie.
Wenn man schon dort ist sollte der Besuch von Omaha Beach auf jedenfall ein Reiseziel sein.
Das Foto hatte ich mir schon zuhause in dieser Art und Weise Vorgestellt.
Es ist ein Ort wo man die Grausamkeit des Krieges spüren und nachempfinden kann.
Es war ein tolles und auch leicht aufregendes Erlebnis diesen Ort in der Nacht aufzusuchen.
Sollte es noch jemand versuchen dort nachts aufnahmen zu machen, kann ich Auskunft darüber geben wie man dort auch zu geschlossenen Zeiten reinkommt, ohne sich strafbar zu machen ;-)
