Kohlrouladen sind lecker... ich kenne das mit Hackfleisch gemischt, Rind/Schwein...ich könnte mir vorstellen, dass das bestimmt auch lecker schmeckt...
Dann lass es dir mal schmecken.. die Kohlköpfe sehen lecker aus.

Ich mag Kohlrouladen mit Hackfleisch lieber. Die Kohlköpfe zeigst Du sehr einladend.Am Wochenende wird es Kohl geben.

..also erstmal die Krautköppe in Salzlauge einlegen..ziehen lassen..und dann Krautwickel machen..hin und wieder kaufe ich mir so eine Tonne auf den Fildern, beim Krautbauern..schneide es dann auch selbst, grob..zu Sauerkraut..ist lecker...die Filder sind ja Krautland...*g - die Köpfe in deinem Bild sind schon mal klasse, sind schön groß..liebs Grüßle
