Built in Inglewood California in 1944, serial number 44-72035. Sent to European Theatre of operations and saw combat from January 1945 until cessation of hostilities in May 1945.

Following extensive post-war service with various Air National Guard units in the USA she was sold in to private hands, finally arriving in the UK in 2002 to be operated by Peter Teichman's Hangar 11 Collection.

Based at North Weald in Essex and painted as 'Jumpin Jacques' this most historic P-51D has remained very active on the UK and European airshow circuit ever since.
