i like the combination of electric blue and bright green – for me it connotes the ocean and the land harmoniously mingling or flowing into each other, of two worlds or elements maybe… have to admit, though, that i don't feel "the night" in this picture. as banal as it may sound: it's still too light, too sunny, to trigger nocturnal associations for me ; ))… i do appreciate its "difference", though. a flower macro that works its way into my brain and has me both thinking and feeling and reacting to it! not many flower pictures do that do me ; )))… must mean this one's very much alive!! greetings, sabine.
