Nature unfolding from my back porch.
Saw the heron and decided to grab my Reflex Zoom 1:8-12 400-600mm Pentax lens. Did not want to miss any shots so I decided to forego a tripod. I used the porch railing to stabilize the camera. I was fortunate to see this unfold. Very happy to have captured this.

Thanks! I consider myself blessed to be on my back porch looking at the heron. I was happy that I contained my excitement to see the bird fly towards the heron and into my frame.I really should correct the horizon, but this is the 'snapshot' that presented itself. I am a 'purist' at heart. Imperfections are part of life.
